A population of 2465 produces 50 new citizens per turn even at very high tax rates like 42% Assuming no immigration and a death rate of say 20 people per turn, that's 70 children. With 1230 women, lets suppose 50% are of child bearing age and all have as many children as possible. 615 women having 1 child per year would be 615 children. So a turn is 70/615 years = 0.114 years = 42 days

PCI is 32$ so for an Indian it is 1 month of labour, for a North Korean it is infinity, for an American it is a 5 hour work shift and for a Canadian it is a 3 hour shift.

Based on earthquake rates in game and comparing it to damaging earthquake rates in the real world I estimated a turn to be equal to about one month.

I don't think this game scales to anything..

it scaled better to the real world back when we had 2 turns/hour, just like real life.
