As far as I remember, you can't leave or join a clan for 72 hours after an attack. Or can I now attack anyone as an antagonist, gain land, and then safely join a clan and be protected? What are these rules? If this lalaland touches me, I will respond in kind.

I'm officially declaring this! Even one attempt to view my country or an attempt to attack from Lalaland gives me the FULL right to carry out all kinds of attacks without the possibility of retaliation or other attacks.

Lalalaland, whatever, in response for nefarious grabs while untagged, has been killed by coalition forces.

Any hits made while tagged after restart will be considered an act of war.

Nothing left to worry about here

I wouldn't be so sure.... Lalaland's restart (#329) will return with double the force and anger.
