Do failed special attacks against a country put them into DR?

My follow up question would be: if they do put a country into DR, should this be changed? Otherwise couldn't a country make a LG, get a clan mate to fail a bunch of BRs or GSs or ABs on them and then screw the defending country out of getting their land back before the retal window expires?

even if failed didn't... 1 troop GS successes don't hurt you much either....

I think its more useful to deter topfeeds...

if 1 member of alliance a makes big grab and 2nd member of same alliance gs's lger then they both get into troubles and 1st attacker could lose more than l:l.

If you did that to avoid retals im sure your fa would have to work something out unless they want to bully them
