I just dug my old Commodore 64C out of my dads attic! Time to see if it powers up so I can destroy you allz with my fearsome Compuserve!

Now if I can just find an analog phone with a twisty cable to place on the acoustic modem . . .

When my uncle died we were cleaning out his house. I found a brand new Nintendo. Everything was still in plastic with little twist ties.

My plan was just to hold onto it and sell in another 20 years or so. That lasted for about an hour, my parents could never afford gaming systems. So, I opened up and played mario and duck hunt for hours :)

I did check ebay on unopened nintendo's they were only going for $50ish if I remember correct. But I did notice certain unopened games were going for $100-$350.....which sucks. I want to get all the old school games that I loved, but those are the ones that go for the most.

you can get a nintendo emulator and play all your favorite games that way, works for pc's also if you have awii you can do that too.
With a little research you can probably get your hands on an old school nes controller and find a way to hook it up to your pc too if you wanna be that old school. Personally I just have an xbox 360 controller with a wireless receiver that I use for most emulation (if the emulator hates it, I always have joy2key to circumvent the emulator issues).

nintendo games are hard to find in used stores nowadays. I can easily find snes + because I know where to look but nintendo seems to be much rarer. Then again I'm pretty cheap when it comes to consol games. I try not to spend more that $20 for xbox360 games with a few exceptions.

What are you people doing with -old- things? I just helped the economy by injecting a 4 digit sum of money into the electronics sector by buying a new laptop.
