There was no great quantity of oil at 489 or any other price?

Looking at NW changes while the buyout was happening I'd suggest it was something to do with a particular Neofed member.

And it would seem like it was 1 country buying it all. I'd imagine hes either bored and figured he'd try and buy out all the oil, or his alliance suddenly decided they would do an oil buyout for him so he's buying up as much oil as possible now =)

Get your blockers in if you still have oil!

NW Changes would suggest the same country that bought up all the oil earlier bought the oil you just mentioned ebola.

Yep, looks like Oden (#7) is the largest part of the reason oil spiked, but he's not the only one buying barrels. Looks like other ppl aren't even seeing the price before hitting the submit button.

Isn't Neofed supposed to be at war with someone now?
