Morning all.
As some of you may already know, doug has been dealing with some health issues in the last few months.
Recently, some new issues have arisen, and they are significantly more serious.
As a result, I have asked doug to take a leave of absence from PDM, in order to sort his health issues out, and get healthy again.
We believe that long term, he should be ok, but for the moment, we believe some time away, focusing on his health and family, are in his best interest.
