As stated in the subject I am in the begining stages of creating a new alliance. The basis of this post is start the process of filling out our leadership council and also to begin active recruitment. At a later date I shall be posting our mission statement and our goals in the alliance server. We will host on Boxcar and the site is being constructed compliments of General Earl.
