Suppose you're a mid-sized alliance (~30) that's really bored and doesn't care about reputation and only wants to happen. For one reset only, they
1. Stock oil for a couple weeks.
2. A couple weeks into the reset, they launch a FS that kills all oilers on the server.
3. Continue killing oilers.
Would they be able to survive that reset? How long will it take for the rest of the server to adjust and start producing oil? Would they be able to dominate for that reset?
