Example-i'm a non dict/rep. i have 1m turrets. My allies have 4m to double mine to 2m. My weaps r 110%.

Would it be 1x1.1=1.1+1=2.1m raw turrets

Or

2x1.1=2.2m raw turrets?

I believe in your example it is 2.1m so your first suggestion.

and I believe that if your allies had a total of 5m turrets instead it would be 2.2m.

The way I interpret it is that allies help with their raw numbers without being modified by either their or your modifiers up to 100% of your MODIFIED defensive power.
That is how I interpret weaps, and govt bonus to be used.

I would not speculate on how Defense bonus is applied.

Anyway I could be wrong about part of my interpretation but im rather conservative in my grabbing so I dont fail often. Im also quite uninterested in the black and white things in grabbing math that have very little bearing most of the time.
