I always chatted with t a lot when we would play in primary so we were both very careful to try to never play in a way that would even create the illusion that we were coordinating. If we did it every set I would expect people to look at us sideways. I’m sure we had both passed on good grabs In the sake of fairness. Im not black either, I would crack a joke back but we all know if I responded in jest that everyone would cry and call for my censorship. I’ve figured out this one way street now.

I’ve yet to hear anyone give a single reason that GDI cannot allow both sides to have what they want.

Allow one attack, if they are in GDI and don’t respond then they can’t continue to grief you. This doesn’t stop war guys from war or guys that like to net from netting.

The only reason to oppose this is to suicide these guys that net. Them netting doesn’t stop SF and ratski from warring each other every single set until their heart is content.

That’s why I said it should be players choice whether they have GDI protection to net. The war guys just want to force netters into wars because it’s ruining the set for guys that you think is funny.

If this wasn’t true then these guys would target war countries and rainbows but they don’t. They specifically target guys trying to net.

If a player is free to choose their own game, they will be mad they have to fight other war guys.

Otherwise there would be no problem. You and ratski AMG and the other war guys can fight each other every single set. If war is as popular as you say there will be no shortage of guys to fight.


You know what netters will do is the issue and you guys don’t want them to be able to play without trolling
them. We already see what happened on alliance with half of the players leaving.

It also would add more prestige to actually winning the game with a non GDI countries. Guys would still try but be fair game.

If I wanted to war I would just fight the other war countries. I don’t think some GDI counties existing will stop me from fighting other non GDI countries.

Imagine over the course of 20 years how many people who would have positively contributed to this community were ran off. You have to protect your assets man, or it’s wise to at least.

I have fought him, it just gets boring doing it every set when you want dial in the netting to a degree of a finely tuned game like chess, many of us enjoy the nuance. Imagine if the netting players forced you to net every single set how bored you would be.

The difference is the netter players aren’t trying to force the war guys to net, they just want them to quit forcing wars on them set after set. A lot of people just leave, I’m sure that’s why some guys have been upset.

Maybe you could grab 3 times on every individual country before GDI kicks in and protects that country that isn’t responding.

So let’s say you and SF are both in the same clan. I grab you 3 times, now GDI protection engages and I have to move on and hit SF instead.


So if clan A had 30 players, clan B could grab their clan a total of 90 times (30 x 3) prior to GDI engaging.


I thought this seems fair enough both sides may come together or at least be a starting place to negotiate from.

What if there was a version of GDI that protects netters and also gives war clans an advantage? Would both sides come to the table on that?

Let’s say if GDI only allows 3 grabs maximum if the netters don’t respond. If the netters do retal then the war clans can attack like regularly but if the netters don’t respond then the 3 hit limit is all they can do.

This would allow everyone to play on the same server while giving the war clans a major advantage on resources and getting to hit their rivals.

War clans get their respect, netters get to net. Best of all everyone can play on a single server.


The wars and news are an exciting part of the game and on bot servers you miss out on that spirit of the game.

I don’t want to play on a bot server. I enjoy the wars and I enjoy admiring war countries and seeing who wins. It’s s part of the game that I like I just don’t think you guys should grief players. There’s zero reason netters shouldn’t be able to net and you guys can’t war on the same server.

You have stepped your game up SF. You are still a major jerk for fighting peaceful countries who don’t want to fight you. Not very nice and it’s not good for the long term survival of the game and player retention.

Express needs a Gdi system so you can only LG netters once if they don’t retal. You shouldn’t be allowed to toast zolags country he spent days working on just to be cruel.

The other player also recognized this group as well. They do this on a regular basis, as soon as you get into it with one of them the other starts spying or attacking you.

KoH, myself, and the other player attacked and spied by them this set recognized them by this routine.
