This isn't permitted on the Express server. You are giving your defensive allies an unfair advantage over other players by announcing that you will effectively be their policing force. From the posted game rules:

"This server does not have clans. Playing in order to benefit another player is not allowed. Working with another player to disadvantage another player is not allowed."

It was not "announced" It's simply a default policy of mine.

You're right Slagpit. I didn't mean it that way though I for certain did not mean my strike as a retal, rather as a wake up call about hitting my defensive ally so many times in a row, thus costing me a lot of military.

There's a guy whose country name is "Don Diego". This fool hit my defensive ally like 10 times in a row failing each attempt. So I hit him one time, then I log back on to this fool telling me he's gonna retal me 20:1 once he gets turns. I messaged him that he ain't Zorro here. And ding so could prove fatal.

I'm seeing a great deal of similarities between those countries and another tagged clan with who I tried to have a dialog, but got the cold shoulder in response. I have full intel on them. They will find my remaining countries much harder to kill, since I won't just have 250K troops on them now.
