The recent issues Boxcar has been having is because of a connection life issue in the AT archive pages which was taking up all our db connections. This issue has been fixed now, but I still want whoever is doing the auto-downloading to stop and come and find me or TC.

We can make that complete dataset available in a much simpler and more efficient way (for us AND you) and we're happy to give it out. We consider it public domain, that's why we make it available.
