Keeping 1 digit and 10 numbers, I could do .5 sec every time, but then .3 sec would blow me away (I got it once by just memorizing the numbers and adding them up afterwards).

I could probably do for 20+ numbers, but then it gets boring. Haven't tried switching the digits, but I imagine I'd be a lot slower at it.

I was only beating it on 1 second 10 numbers 1 digit 70% of the time until I just added the first five and moved on. My strategy was to give an answer with in a second of the final number rather than memorizing the string. You are doing much better than I Tertius. I would like to hear how martian is doing :P
