Yes, but stating a word from your FA dept is an act of good faith and trust. Its why you're an FA of your alliance. Going against that act of good faith shows bad-form for the person who vulched/signed that pact. Although, you can differentiate on how you can view a NAP, but a word of an FA goes a long way in trust. I have no quarrel nor any bad views, but only showing my -own- opinion as well :)
