I have heard it tossed around and wonder wtf it means as I really never cared before until I was accused of doing it lol

It's when country you grab a country that is fat off another countries land before they have the opportunity to retal.

i.e

Country A grabs country B,
Then country C grabs country A, before country B has an opportunity to retal.

2 stepping is when you grab someone and someone from your own alliance grabs you before the country can retal you.

there is no moral code that says if you choose a landgrab target and see that they had grabbed someone recently and not been retalled that you shouldnt grab them.

yea 2 stepping doesn't apply to untaggeds etc.

Refer to all interactions between EVO and untags in the past 2 years and you can find many samples of 2 stepping.

There's news camping, and there's co-ordinated 2 stepping.

LaF does the news camping part.

I can confirm that Hanlong was playing League of Legends while bakku and I were news camping that reset while a EVO farm spree was happening.

bakku called Hanlong, he got on, farmed, lost his LoL match.

LT was no where to be seen during that time.
