So this evening, I noticed TC made a post on my "boxcar moving" thread claiming that he was going to continue developing Boxcar.

Before I showed TC a line of code, i made him agree that I would be the only person to run a boxcar verison. There will be no forking, no parallel dev and I control the entire project. This was the only way I was willing to work with TC in the first place. TC deleted my admin account and removed my "Boxcar is moving post" so i parked the Boxcar domains until I can get everything moved.

Also, since TC is not moving on and he is instead upping the stakes, I'll likely be looking to the community for some support with various upcoming endeavours to counter his bullfluff.

More will come on this tomorrow.

what really irks me is that TC somehow blames PDM/MD for this, and says he'll never host either again. How are we responsible for Hanlongs actions?

he won't be hosting anyone, i'll be hosting everyone elsewhere.

I saved the database on Monday before we posted this stuff. It will be put back up to monday's state when i get the new host set up

Well that's the most important thing I think to most alliances. Source and Data in safe hands.

ya, i save the source consistently in case TC's house catches on fire or his cat knocks a glass of water onto his server. db backups are a bit less often than they should be for boxcar tbh

Indeed. I don't think the community or admins will welcome him back. However he certainly appears, by his actions, since getting caught to believe that he'll be able to slide back in at some point after this does down.

He was welcomed back last time, why wouldn't he expect it.

Sorry to hear about all the BS TC is pulling on you Pang. Hope you can get things fixed quick without more BS from TC and co getting on your path,.

1) Don't make assumptions of what the new leadership will or will not allow.

2) You're making it sound as if Evo has never welcomed a cheater into their midst.

We could go around in circles with such a petty argument, but it would really be counter-productive to attempting to mend relations (assuming that is in fact what you want to achieve). Or do you simply want to see the complete destruction of LaF and drive away 80+ players from the game?

It wasn't an assumption - I made an assertion. There's a difference.

Here are a few points for you:
1) LaF's sole purpose for their wars were to keep the membership numbers down of their enemies by warring them and then farming them for more than half of a reset.
2) Have you not seen logs of you and bum chums discussing "demoralising" other alliances and "destroying" them?
3) LaF declared war on several alliances within the past 1-2 years. If those alliances decided to war LaF for 1-2 years wouldn't that be fair (i chuckled at the word fair, because I'm not even counting the fact that your leaders cheated to get an advantage)?

For some reason now you LaF members have found a voice, and are trying to play the sympathy card. I don't remember your sympathy when you were gangbanging and farming the fluff out of other alliances.

As for advocating destroying LaF. Hanlong was on the evo website right up until this week, so he will have seen our forum where none of our allies or us said we wanted to destroy LaF. So I call bullfluff on that.

Mending relations? Lol. I've got 2 years worth of logs from hanlong preaching mending relations, while in the background he's been planning wars and isolating alliances.

can you take your politic bullfluff back to the other threads, we dont need to see it in every god damn thread.

That's all he posts about. His audience isn't very big though so I guess he can continue to speak a lot to be heard alot.

You maybe just kidding, but...

I have it on good authority that H4 and Pang are very close and were roommates even for a long time. I would highly doubt that H4 would ever do something to betray Pangs trust and so regardless of any misgivings you may have about him or any member of LaF, he likely is one of the best choices to host it.

Don't forget that many LaFers put a ton of time into boxcar and while I can't speak for them I bet they all are pretty pissed off at TC for sullying the reputation of that hosting platform. Not to mention their alliance as a whole.

Canadian government would stop screwing each other and instead stop working, which might be the better alternative.

The curious thing for me is finding out who is egging TC on. Obviously he has some friends that will help him come back and hide or otherwise want him to get another chance. He wouldn't be making moves like this if everyone really wanted him gone.
