Can i go back and forth between dict/mono without penalty? I heard if u change back to mono its a no harm/no foul type situation? Is this true?

only changing from mono has no penalty. changing from any other government to any government has the penalty.

14% loss is the min. At a certian NW threshold (not sure what that is) the percantage loss goes up. I lost 29% as a 30 mil NW country last set. If you want to check the penalty it is on here http://earthempires.com/ffa/control/custom/manage

Cost column is the one to look at.

Self farm as a dict for the LG perk and build as a mono to negate the dict bpt handicap

I forgot about the increaed penalty bigger than 10 mil NW, but the switch to demo to avoid the market comission more than made up the difference.

You are better off just spending x amnt of turns for bpt as a dict to trade with. Its most efficient way. And maxing strat tech asap.

Being all offensive units is an added bonus as well for late game switch to stocking mode and destock. Your biggest loss comes from military units lost in a switch. I'll let you figure out how to avoid those losses

i remember that from mehul's game, some said on serious face that fresh player should produce military as commy and then sell those as demo and then tech as theo etc.
