TC / H4: We think it is useful for non-pacted folks to know what our expectations are. Whether or not they accept it is a matter for FA contact. You'll note our FA contact is listed on that same page?
For example, on #3 - if an untagged country decides to FA/assist a tag that is at war with MD, we are letting it be known that we don't accept that. In this case, we are not defining specifically what action we will take against that country, so we have plenty of options and someone should use caution before engaging in that activity.
Naturally, for #2, we would likely reach out to the FA contact for that alliance. They may choose to ignore it if we have no pact -- that's their choice. We'll consider our response based on the circumstances at that time. We're just letting people who are unpacted know how we feel about it.
We haven't ended up in a war over #1 yet, to my knowledge. But it is well known MD doesn't like land-trading and will treat land-traders differently. These public terms, of course, do not override any terms we otherwise have with a pacted alliance. And we tend to make FA contact privately over anything that looks conflicting with the published policies on both sides before it escalates anyway.
